We managed to get ahead of the PCNP again, so set up at Wamsutter. The Overland Route crosses the Continental Divide twice. Wamsutter sits in a bowl between Tipton to the west and Creston to the east. This is not a tourist or railfan hotspot, but we decided to stay for awhile as there was a port-o-potty close by set out for the UP work crews. The bushes in this part of Wyoming are a little too low for privacy. |
