UP auto rack train symbol BANPZ at the Cheyenne, WY passenger station

The BANPZ with engines 3713, 3735, 3346 pauses for a crew change at Cheyenne on Sept. 19, 1987. During July 1988, train symbol BANPZ operated 20 times and averaged 52 loads into North Platte with 80% of the trains arriving on time. Today's train has 43 loads at 3,378 tons.

The station in the background was completed in 1887. Today, the Cheyenne Depot is home to the Chamber of Commerce, the Visitors Bureau, the Downtown Development Authority, and the Cheyenne Depot Museum. The Depot Museum is located in the west wing of the building.
