BN engines 5579, 7901, 5131, 8173, and 5028 lead a Coleto Creek coal train comes by Tower 55. The train loaded in Colorado on the D&RGW, and ran from Pueblo to Fort Worth on the BN where it was turned over to the Santa Fe. |

A D&RGW caboose brings up the rear of the Coleto Coal train out of Colorado. At the time this was taken (April 2, 1988), the train was being turned over to the Southern Pacific at Caldwell, TX. It would later be turned over to the SP right here at Fort Worth. Disk 92 |
