Hunt Yard in Greenville (milepost 172) is named for Hunt County. The KCS only built as far west as Farmersville. Trains used the Santa Fe branch line to Paris to reach Dallas. On November 14, 1979 Extra 4011 South is about to leave Hunt Yard and go to Shreveport.

After leaving the yard the train crosses over the Cotton Belt branch line to Fort Worth. The bottom picture is at Cumby (milepost 154).
