KCS train leaving Right of Way District in Dallas, TX

On March 7, 1987, the KCS was switching in the joint yard (Right of Way District) in south Dallas. In the first picture the train is backing out of the joint yard onto the Santa Fe bridge that cross the Trinity River on the line that goes down to Cleburne.

KCS train passes Tower 19 in Dallas, TX

It then starts moving forward headed to Zacha Junction and passes Tower 19. The train has engines 798, a slug, 793, and 753 and is entering a short stretch of double track.
