On March 14, 1991 engine 5114 is crossing the exMP double track at Texarkana. The local has just crossed into Texas. On the exMP just around the curve behind engine 5114 is milepost 490 as measured from St. Louis, however after crossing into Texas the milepost has been reset to zero again. For the Cotton Belt it is milepost 419 as measured from the west end of the Thebes Bridge at Illmo.
