ATSF 5212 leads an empty Houston Power & Light train over Spring Creek just west of Alvord on May 5, 1979. About twenty minutes earlier, the train was stopped in Decatur (milepost 40) to get updated train orders for the meet with a loaded train that had been late getting into Wichita Falls.
