Extra 326 West (long distance local 2121) pauses at Canadian to pick up an MP boxcar plus the two boxcars and hopper from the next track on February 23, 1974. Canadian had a five track roundhouse until 1951. Engine 1805 (2-6-2) suffered a boiler explosion in the roundhouse at 1:57 P.M. on April 1, 1951. The crown sheet failed due to low water. |
