Western Pacific train WPX is going through Tunnel No. 31 and is about to enter No. 32 as the train approaches Keddie, CA on July 8, 1979. Tunnel No. 31 is 687 feet long and Tunnel No. 32 is 595 feet long. The train has engines 3009, 3067, 3053, and 3051. This train will continue east across Nevada to Salt Lake City.
