BN train 84 is on a short section of double track near Paola, MT on June 26, 1979. The north track is signaled for westbound traffic and the south track for eastbound traffic. The train has engines 6329, 6496, and 6303 and will pick up a helper at Essex for the climb up to Marias Pass.
