Western railroad timetables, books, magazines, and videos

I will be adding a variety of items to four sales lists. I have books on railroad operations for people into train photography and prototypical operations and plenty of employee timetables for collectors. Due to the details provided in some of my books and videos on railroad operations, I can not send these outside the US, so no foreign orders are accepted. There are five separate lists:

All Texas residents add 8.25% sales tax on all merchandise not shipping. (Changed by House Bill 142)

Shipping

US shipping charge is $3.00 of one video and $1.00 for each additional video.
Shipping for a TD3 Territory on a floppy disk is $1.00
Shipping for Employee Timetables, Freight Train Symbol Books, and Magazines is free when you also order a video tape. Otherwise shipping is:
$2.00 for the first item
$3.00 for two items
$4.00 for three or more items.

Payment

Since sales are infrequent, I don't have a merchant account. This is less convenient for you, but actually saves you money as I don't have to pass this cost on to you.
