Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line engine 115 has finished switching at Little Creek and is headed to Portsmouth. The cab of engine 115 seems a little crowded as the engine pulls a cut of cars out of the yard. This was in March 1978. |

A little later the engine and cars come through Coleman Place in Norfolk, VA. The diamond in the foreground was the crossing of the old Virginian and the Norfolk Southern. The Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line engine 115 is shifting from trackage rights on the old Norfolk Southern (at this time Southern Rwy, note the Southern style whistle post) to the old Virginian (at this time Norfolk & Western) trackage. |
