I don't think all of the Rock Island units were working as the train struggled out of Santa Rosa up to Arabella. As the train passed me it was just barely moving. The last trip by here in 2006, I noticed a locked gate on the only road into Arabella. Notice the long shadows starting to form, it would be a race to get more pictures of this train before sunset.
