The unit coal train for Montana Power Company's Corvette power plant at Billings passes the Northern Pacific depot at Huntley on June 17, 1981. The power plant was completed in 1968 and can produce 191 megawatts. Train A41 operates about six times a month from the Eagle Butte mine. The train had engines 7237, 7236, 7248, 7243, and 7244. Huntley was the western end of the CB&Q line out of Lincoln, NE. The line was completed in 1893. The CB&Q passenger trains terminated at Billings while freight trains terminated at the NP yard in Laurel. Disk 80
