Train DD226 begins to pull out of West Decker, but before it could really get rolling the dispatcher changed his mind, had the train stay at Decker, and issued a track warrant for maintenance further down the branch. The train had engines 9288, 9229, and 9260 and was headed to Midwest Energy Resources (a Detroit Edison subsidiary) transfer terminal at Superior, WI. Disk 80
