When the empty coal train met an eastbound manifest at Kremmling, I knew that I couldn't follow the westbound any further. So, I chased the eastbound (Train 152) in the hope that I could get a descent shot somewhere. It was getting late in the afternoon and the sun was getting low. I finally tried a shot east of Hot Sulphur Springs where US 40 bridges over the tracks. As I turned to get a going away picture, I noticed that this telephone wire was right in the way. Remembering a shot I had seen in a Don Ball railroad book, I tried a shot of the caboose from under the highway bridge. Not perfect, but better than if I had stayed on top of the bridge. Disk 36
