The train crew on train 823 was getting close to the maximum hours it could work. So a relief crew was sent out and the train swapped crews at Williams Jct. Now the new engineer is blowing the horn for the Bootlegger crossing as he is trying to get the train up to speed on May 24, 1989. The train has engines 5137, 5138, 2304, and 2773.
