It is June 18, 1979 and UP extra 3506 is climbing out of the valley at Kings Canyon, CO. The UP Coalmont branch ran west from Laramie, WY and then swung south to Walden, CO. Caboose 25427 was built in February 1959 in class CA-7 and has safety slogan "End of Train but Safety Rolls On."
