Railroad Caboose GalleryYou are at: CarrTracks > Gallery > Railroad Caboose Pictures The railroad caboose picture gallery looks back on the days when cabooses were common on railroads across North America. My home turf is the desert southwest and my two favorite railroads are the Santa Fe and the Southern Pacific. However, I have tried to give examples from many railroads and many different parts of the country. The gallery is divided into four sections: Canada, Eastern US, Western US, and Mexico. I also have tried to add some historical notes about each railroad caboose in the picture caption, but I've had a hard time finding good information. If you know the history of some of these cabooses, let me know and I will add your information and give you credit. |
