British Columbia Railway Alco locomotives in Lillooet Yard

Lillooet yard rumbles with the sound of Alcos. Engines 728, 807,and 571 rest between assignments on July 29, 1979. Engine 571 came on to the property when the railroad was the Pacific Great Eastern in 1953. Engine 807 behind it was built for the Erie Lackawanna in 1964 and came to the BCR in 1976.
