Union Pacific train symbol NPST on truss bridge at Palisade, NV

Union Pacific train symbol NPST crosses the Humbolt River on a truss bridge as the train leaves Palisade on September 16, 1987. It has engines 2444, 3481, and SP7311 pulling 63 loads, 12 empties, at 6,656 tons. This was the northern terminal for the Eureka & Palisade Railroad. You can still see their approach to the town near the top of the bridge. Disk 28
