I met Kathleen Houlihan at the B&O tower in Hancock, West Virginia. She had been in business in Washington, DC but wanted to get away from the hectic life and out into the country. Here she is handing up train orders to Extra 3740 East on October 18, 1974. The orders give this train authority to run against the current of traffic to the next tower at Cherry Run.
