Train RR140 is stuck at Texline, TX on June 6, 1996. A derailment at the east switch at Clarendon has the Amarillo to Fort Worth line blocked. The track would not be in service until early the next morning. RR140 has engines 9473, 9424, and 9594. This coal train is headed for the West Texas Utilities Co. power plant at Oklaunion, TX.
