The Santa Fe was slow to embrace double stack trains. It thought it could win back truck traffic with its fuel foiler ten packs. Train 841 began in March 1988 as a weekly double stack train handling Hyundai containers. On May 24, 1989 the eastbound Hyundai double stack train is rumbling through Maine with engines 5171, 8097, and 8756.
