There are not a lot of trains that operate on the original Santa Fe mainline between Isleta and Dalies. As I was getting into the car at Los Lunas I could hear this train honking for the crossing in town. I figured it could easily outrun me to Belen so didn't put a lot of effort into trying to catch up with it. To my surprise I had actually out run it. The QABQBEL is coming over the former Ross Avenue crossing and easing its short train with ten piggyback trailers into the north end of Belen Yard. The train had engines 157 and 507.
